Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping for your convenience on all orders up to $100 USD. Order as much as you like for the same shipping price.

United States: All orders only $6.00
Canada: All orders only $11.00
Europe & Beyond: All orders only $13.00

Orders received by 3pm are shipped the same day. We ship most orders via US Mail or US International Mail from the Charlotte North Carolina area.

Expected Delivery times are as follows:
• Western States: 5-7 business days
• Central States: 4-5 business days
• Eastern States: 3-4 business days

International orders can expect:
• Canada 5-10 business days + time in customs
• England 7-10 business days + time in customs
• Europe 7-10 business days + time in customs
• Rest of the World 7-10 business days + time in customs

Orders containing liquids or flammable items require special labeling and surface transportation only. For example, Nickel Solution™, Nickel Alert™and Nickel Guard™require special labeling and have taken up to 12 business days for delivery domestically.

Occasionally, the US Postal Service looses packages or they are undeliverable because of an insufficient or incorrect address. If your order is outside the above mentioned time frames, please email info@athenaallergy.com the following:

Returns
We believe 100% in our products and want you to try them for 45 days so you will have adequate time to see if they work for you. If, within 45 days, you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product, for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping charges for your original order and returns are not refundable unless the item is defective or damaged in shipment. Any discounts utilized will be applied to refunded product first.

We ask that you email or phone us first for a return authorization number, then return the item(s) with a brief description of what you would like (exchange or refund) to:
